Wow, I was going threw old pictures after work today and came across some photos Elena took of me before we started the blog… we were experimenting with our camera and fashionfourmen.com was just an idea.. We decided to start practicing taking pic’s so we could be professional…. This first set of photos were taken in Western Ma. I love this leather jacket… I’m wearing it zipped all the way up for a reason.. my T-shirt I have on underneath the jacket is soiled.. shhhhhhh… don’t tell anyone. I buckled my belt off center for contrast.. My style for that particular day.. Must of been the mood I was in..As you can see It’s brown, the jeans I’m wearing are just old… and the black boots are made by Ralph Lauren..By law of fashion ure suppose to wear shoes & belt the same color…..Sometimes for me It’s to matchy..matchy.. Fashion is one thing but personal style is another..These photo’s seem like they were taken such a long time ago.. Truth is I think it was the beginning of September.. I also really liked the bike in the photos.. It’s a MURRAY.. Real old school, I don’t even think they make them anymore.. Elena was so nervous with me using it as a prop.. It wasn’t locked up and she kept panicking the rightful owner was going to come outside and hollar at me.. She’s so funny.. The last photo was taken on a farm not far from the house I grew up in… This was our start…

Now this next run of pictures I think our quite different..same jacket with a completely different look right? my hat is made by rugby,The grey sweater is cashmere.. I purchased this piece in Milan Italy.. I’m wearing a “Henley” which is a 3 button long sleeve cotton pull over underneath the grey sweater.. it’s made by DoubleRL…The wool pants are made by rugby,and the boots by Ralph Lauren.. The bandanna I have around my neck is from Tractor Supply.
Here’s my point when most people think of polo, they think of blond hair, blue eyes, golf , tennis, yachting, and lets throw in the country club for shits and giggles..you know Ivy League stuff..Hey there”s nothing wrong with that either.. different strokes for different folks.. Believe me when Elena and I have children I will do everything in my power to guide them to get an ivy league education.. If they are anything like me when I was growing up I’ll choke them with my bear hands!!!! jesus christ I could probably get in trouble for just writing somthing like this.. How times have changed..Anyways my point?? I don’t think I look like a guy stearing a yacht.. I like to rock polo in a more rugged way, and It can be done.. all comes down to you’re style.. fashion is one thing…style is another.. when building your new wardrobe.. Stay true to who you really are.. It works..Just go ahead and try somthing a little different today… what do u have to loose..
